Welcome to Candu Print & Design. By placing an order or using our website, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully before placing your order.
1. About Us
Candu Print & Design provides professional large format printing services, including poster printing, CAD plan printing, exhibition graphics, foam board mounting, artwork printing and graphic design.
2. Quotes
All quotations are provided free of charge and are valid for 30 days, unless otherwise stated.
Prices may change if artwork, quantities, specifications or delivery requirements change after the quotation has been issued.
3. Orders
An order is confirmed once payment has been received or alternative payment arrangements have been agreed.
Please ensure all order details are correct before confirming your purchase.
4. Customer Artwork
Customers are responsible for supplying artwork that is accurate and suitable for printing.
Where possible, artwork should be supplied:
PDF (preferred)
TIFF
JPG
PNG
AI or EPS
For best print quality we recommend:
300 dpi resolution
CMYK colour mode
3mm bleed where required
Candu Print & Design cannot accept responsibility for errors contained within customer supplied artwork, including spelling, layout, low-resolution images or incorrect sizing.
5. Copyright
By supplying artwork, you confirm that you own the copyright or have permission to reproduce all images, logos, text and designs contained within your files.
Candu Print & Design accepts no responsibility for copyright infringement relating to customer supplied artwork.
6. Colour Variation
Colours displayed on computer monitors, phones and tablets may differ from the final printed product.
Whilst every effort is made to achieve accurate colour reproduction, slight colour variation between screen and print is normal and cannot be considered a fault.
7. Proofs
Where digital proofs are supplied, customers are responsible for carefully checking all artwork before approving production.
Approval confirms acceptance of spelling, layout, sizing, colours and content.
Once approved, Candu Print & Design cannot be held responsible for errors contained within approved artwork.
8. Turnaround Times
Estimated turnaround times are provided as guidance only.
Whilst every effort is made to meet agreed deadlines, production times may occasionally vary due to workload, equipment maintenance or circumstances beyond our control.
Urgent deadlines should be discussed before placing an order.
9. Delivery & Collection
Collection details will be agreed when your order is complete.
Delivery times are dependent upon the chosen courier and are outside our direct control once goods have been dispatched.
Customers should inspect all deliveries as soon as reasonably possible.
10. Returns & Refunds
As most products are custom printed to customer specifications, orders cannot normally be cancelled, returned or refunded once production has started.
If your order arrives damaged or contains a manufacturing defect, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order.
Where a fault is confirmed, we will either:
reprint the item,
replace the item, or
provide an appropriate refund.
